WHAT’S NEW ON THE WEBSITE?
Our new site is now fully integrated with your in-store account and salon services. This means you can access your in-store and online purchase history, loyalty rewards, pet wish lists and more – all in one place. Plus, your salon profile is now linked directly to your account, so it’s even easier to schedule grooming appointments and make updates to your pet profile(s).
WILL MY ACCOUNT CARRY OVER?
Yes! Your account will carry over to the new site. To access it, you just need to reset your password, and you’re good to go. Even better? You can now shop and book services from the same account.
WHAT ABOUT MY LOYALTY REWARDS AND FREQUENT BUYER STATUS?
All your loyalty rewards have moved over to the new site! This includes your monthly Reward Rebate and any open Frequent Buyer Cards. You can now find your open Frequent Buyer Cards in your online account.
WILL AN ORDER I PLACED ON THE OLD SITE STILL GO THROUGH?
Yes! All previously placed orders will be processed on our new site.
WILL THE NEW SITE AFFECT MY AUTOSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Nope! All Autoship subscriptions will ship as usual, and there’s nothing you need to do on your end. Log in to your account to view and manage your subscriptions.
HOW DO I VIEW MY PURCHASE HISTORY?
Login to your online account to view your purchase history for all in store and online transactions. View your upcoming salon appointments by logging into your account and heading to Salon Services.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN IN-STORE ACCOUNT BUT HAVE NEVER LOGGED IN ONLINE?
No problem. In-store and online accounts are now connected! To activate your online account, just use the email address associated with your in-store account and reset your password.
WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND MY ACCOUNT OR PURCHASE HISTORY?

DO MY UPCOMING GROOMING APPOINTMENTS STILL EXIST?
Yes! All upcoming appointments will carry over the new site and can be viewed by logging into your account and heading to Salon Services.
CAN I BOOK GROOMING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE?
Yes! Our online salon services booking site also received a makeover. Booking appointments is easier than ever and is now connected to the same online account you use for shopping.
DO I NEED A SEPARATE LOGIN FOR GROOMING AND SHOPPING?
Nope! You just need one login email and password to shop and book services.
WILL MY PET’S INFORMATION CARRY OVER TO THE NEW SITE?
Yes! Your salon pet profile(s) will carry over to the new salon booking site. Plus, your salon account is now linked directly to your online and store account, so it’s even easier to manage your pet family profile, subscriptions, rewards and purchase history.
WHAT IF I USUALLY BOOK SERVICES IN-STORE?
You can keep booking by phone or in-store like usual. Or, seamlessly book online using the same email associated with your in-store account, since in-store and online accounts are now connected.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIFFERENT EMAILS FOR MY IN-STORE, ONLINE OR SERVICES ACCOUNTS?
We use email addresses to consolidate accounts across our platforms. While you can continue using different email addresses, you will essentially have unique accounts for each email. We highly recommend consolidating your accounts to one email address to get the benefits on combined rewards, full purchase history and profile management ease.
