PUPPY SPA DAY PACKAGE

Puppy’s first groom? Set them up for success with a Puppy Spa Day Package, available with any full-service wash. This includes an introductory trim around their face, feet and tail to help them get comfortable with handling. Plus, everything in a regular Spa Day Package.

Spa Day Packages must be purchased with a full-service wash or wash & cut. Puppies must be between
the ages of eight weeks and six months to be eligible for a Puppy Spa Day Package.

WHAT TO EXPECT: YOUR SALON VISIT

1. Arrive with your pet and check in with a team member. Make sure you have proof of vaccinations. Required vaccinations: rabies (all locations), distemper and parvovirus (Colorado only). You can upload your pet’s vaccine records online when you book your appointment, or bring them to your appointment or walk-in visit.

2. Let us know if your pet requires any special care or services. Additional charges ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY
APPLY FOR THE FOLLOWING: Special Handling: Extra time or assistance required to complete a service. Express Service: Requesting a faster service or no kennel time. Extra Coat Care: Including shaving, dematting, brushing and hot spot care (charged per every 10 minutes of extra work). Hand Stripping & Texturing: Charged per every 30 minutes of work. may apply.

3. Leave your pet in the trusted care of our groomers. Each appointment takes around 2-4 hours, and we’ll notify you as soon as they’re done.

WHAT VACCINATIONS DOES MY DOG NEED?
All dogs are required to have the following up-to-date vaccinations for services: rabies (all locations), distemper and parvovirus (Colorado only). You can show proof of your pet’s vaccinations by (a) uploading their records online when you book your appointment, or (b) bringing a copy of their records to your local salon at the time of your appointment or walk-in service.
HOW LONG WILL MY DOG’S GROOMING APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Each grooming appointment takes approximately 2-4 hours. If your dog is done early, we’ll be sure to notify you.
DO YOU OFFER FREE GROOMING CONSULTATIONS BEFORE BOOKING?
Yes! Come visit your local salon to chat with a groomer anytime. Your dog is more than welcome to join! If your dog is new to grooming, requires extra care or if you have a young puppy, we recommend a free consultation so we can be sure to tailor the grooming experience to their needs.
WHAT IF MY DOG REQUIRES SPECIAL CARE?
Not to worry. We understand that every pup is unique and will do our very best to accommodate them. If your dog requires special handling, additional time or assistance during their groom, extra charges may apply. We’re happy to discuss this with you ahead of time.
CAN I BOOK AN EXPRESS SERVICE?
Yes! Let us know if you’d like to request a faster service or if you’d prefer your dog not spend any time in a kennel. Additional charges may apply.
WHAT IF MY DOG’S COAT REQUIRES EXTRA CARE?
Sometimes you need a little extra TLC. We offer special shaving, dematting, brushing and hot spot care on a case-to-case basis. Additional charges may apply.
DO YOU OFFER HAND STRIPPING AND TEXTURING?
We sure do! We offer both hand stripping and faux stripping to remove dead, loose hair and improve coat texture. Additional charges may apply.
WHAT IF MY DOG WEIGHS OVER 91 LBS?
